When I see something so incredibly cool that it makes me gasp audibly, I need to share it with my readers! Today, I came across this incredible wire and crystal mask sculpture, created by Charity. Some of the things she had to say about creating the mask:
According to Charity, it took her 17 hours to create the masterpiece. It's held on with a ribbon, and I think it's absolutely stunning!!!
I showed Chantal's crowns/masks to my friend L, who immediately asked if I could make something similar for her (mask) for the upcoming Halloween masquerade we're going to. (She's going as a Fairy Queen.) It has over a hundred Swarovski crystals in varying shapes on almost a full toz of sterling silver. This thing definitely sparkles!
Charity told me that she would consider making other masks on commission...I can't imagine the cost, but it's definitely a piece of Art that will live beyond the Halloween party! If you are interested, contact her at suliabryon@gmail.com

That is clever! And you know, it would be something she could adjust to work great for those who wear glasses.
