Beaducation — The Best Place for Jewelry Stamping Supplies!
I first found Beaducation when I wanted to start stamping metal, and I was not disappointed. From my first order, the quality of every material I've received has been top-notch. I have over a dozen design stamps in my studio, in addition to a number of "blanks" (copper, silver or gold-filled flat metal pieces used to stamp on)...all from Beaducation.
Beaducation offers metal design stamps and letter stamp sets (51 products), tools, blanks for stamping, project kits, and other related supplies. New design stamps and other products are added regularly, so if you are a stamping junkie (like me!) you'll want to check back often. (My favorite stamps are the Spiral and the Heart Spiral designs.)
A new feature that's very helpful is the notification link — products sell out quickly and you can request to be notified when they are back in stock.
Ordering from the site is very easy — photos are clear and depict the stamps or supplies accurately. Prices are in line with other online suppliers. Payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or Paypal.
Shipping is fast and I've never had an item that was damaged in transit. Shipping is through USPS, or you can pick up your items at the shop (San Carlos, CA).
In addition to the supplies, Beaducation offers online beading classes. There are several free classes to download — I've "taken" the stamping classes and found them to be very clear and informative. Classes are taught by several instructors, including Lisa Niven-Kelly, Dallas Lovett, and Kris Silva (among others).
Another really nice touch is the personal service...I had problems with the design stamps when I first received them — I wasn't stamping on a solid enough surface — and dropped an email to Lisa. Within a short time, she responded back with a note as well as helpful advice. I'm sure she gets bombarded with email, and I was appreciative of the personal touch and quick help!
