Wafers on Edge Earrings
Wafer shaped beads look great on head pins for simple dangle earrings, but use this easy wire-wrapping technique to turn them sideways and create a new style!

Materials
Wafer shaped stones (labradorite pictured)
24-26g gold-filled or sterling silver wire
Earring findings
Thread wire through bead hole, leaving 1" tail. Turn bead sideways so the hole is horizontal. Bring both ends of the wire up the sides of the bead, allowing them to meet at the top of the bead.
Create a wrapped loop at the top of the bead, using the Wrapping a Briolette method. Trim excess wire. Attach wrapped loop to earring finding.
Repeat for second earring.
